Supply Chain Professionals in Panama

21st February 2014

Supply chain professionals from North and South America met in Panama City this week for a supply chain management seminar. The host company - a global f.m.c.g. business - invited us to lead two days of the seminar using a very interactive business simulation to help attendees explore the professional challenges they face. This series of seminars has been consistently well-received, and this one was no exception. The learnings about both technical and human factors in leading successful supply chains were profound.

A New Change Management Book

15th January 2014

At a meeting with a Kogan Page editor today plans were made to publish a new change management text. It will follow the professional knowledge definitions of the Change Management Institute's (CMI) Change Management Body of Knowledge (CMBoK) and will provide an examinable text for future APMG professional qualifications. The book will be published in November 2014 as 'The Effective Change Manager's Handbook', and is expected to be a multi-contributor text. It will be edited by the APMG Change Management team (David King, Ranjit Sidhu and Dan Skelsey) led by Richard Smith.
