The Change Management Institute's London Chapter presented another stunning event this evening. Hosted by KPMG a panel of speakers addressed the challenges of change across different geographies.
Nestlé's Supply Chain Management course this week was honoured with sessions from two of the organisation's most senior executives. This created a challenging climate in which we were able once again to facilitate an intense but fun business simulation. This workshop particularly developed both awareness of and skills in shaping dysfunctional teams into high-performing ones. It is one of the delights of this series of workshops that no two are the same; people attend with their own real issues and have the opportunity to explore and resolve them.
The first draft of the new 'Effective Change Manager's Handbook was yesterday sent out for review to a wide group of senior change practitioners. All the authors who have contributed to this multi-contributor book also have their first opportunity to assess how their chapters fit with the volume as a whole. To have delivered a largely complete first draft of an approximately 450-page book in only two months is an amazing achievement by all the authors and shows a huge commitment to their profession.
