Facilitation for Youth Work Charity

The excellent youth work charity Dare2Engage held a consultation for about 15 of its leaders (including four Trustees) in Luton today. The purpose of the meeting was to conduct a strategic review of purpose and success to date and to build plans for the coming years. The event was designed and facilitated for D2E by Richard Smith Associates.

Richard Smith Associates has been invited to partner with Linkage Western Europe in the development of a change leadership programme. The programme 'Leading People Through Change' is being developed for a major Belgian pharmaceutical company.

As part of our continuing work with the Nestlé Supply Chain community, Richard Smith this week ran a specially-designed, 2-day supply chain simulation for around 30 highly-talented Supply Chain specialists.
