This week Richard Smith and Greg Stoklosa ran another successful advanced leadership development workshop on business strategy for senior personnel of GKN. The workshop used a specially-adapted and highly-engaging finance/strategy simulation from Profitability Learning & Development Services LLP.
A Body of Knowledge for Change Management

Working in partnership with the Change Management Institute (CMI), APMG has agreed to support the development of a new Change Management Body of Knowledge (CMBoK). This will provide a robust basis for future development of APMG's Change Management examinations. The authoring team will be formed from the existing Change Management examination panel, led by Richard Smith. The authors will liaise with CMI's Vice President Helen Campbell to ensure the full professional alignment of the CMBoK, and continuous engagement with the global CMI membership through the development process
