Three members of APMG's Change Management Examination Panel (David King, Ranjit Sidhu and Richard Smith) today held a consultation in London with a range of senior Change Management professionals. The purpose of the consultation was to validate the scope of the Change Management Body of Knowledge (CMBoK) they are writing on behalf of APMG and the Change Management Institute (CMI). The consultation has ensured that the CMBoK contents will reflect widely-accepted and respected professional standards.
The APMG International Showcase was held at the QEII Conference Centre in Westminster today. It gave significant focus to the development of effective change managers. During the course of the day a workshop session by Richard Smith gave professionals an opportunity to discuss the forthcoming Change Management Body of Knowledge (CMBoK), being written by APMG in collaboration with the Change Management Institute (CMI).
