'The Effective Change Manager' Published Today

28th October 2013

The Change Management Institute (CMI) today published its Change Management Body of Knowledge (CMBoK) under the title 'The Effective Change Manager'. This was a key event at its global conference, held in Sydney. 'The Effective Change Manager' describes and defines the knowledge of a range of disciplines that is expected of a qualified change management professional. Authored by the APMG Change Management team (David King, Ranjit Sidhu, Dan Skelsey and Richard Smith) this landmark book has been researched and written against very challenging timescales. The development process has included detailed review and validation from both a reference group of senior change professionals and the CMI's wider membership of 600+ professionals in 30 countries. The book will provide a valuable professional reference for academic course leaders, organisations employing change management expertise and individual change management professionals.
