New Change Management syllabus

Proposals for a new APMG Change Management syllabus were today discussed with Approved Training Organizations during a meeting at the Institute of Directors. Faith Forster of the Change Management Institute joined the discussion to explain the link between this new APMG syllabus and the Change Management Institute's professional accreditation process.
